That said, we are committed to continuously improving service quality and ensuring uninterrupted access.
Bd447 is not obligated to compensate users for financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. Users are considered to have knowingly accepted the associated risks by participating on the platform. In no circumstances shall bd447's total liability exceed the sum of the user's total deposits over the preceding 30 days.
Accounts may be suspended or closed for reasons including: violation of Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud, operating multiple accounts, failure to complete KYC verification, and prolonged inactivity. Where possible, users will be notified before any account closure. If valid grounds exist, users may appeal and bd447 will review the decision within a reasonable timeframe.
Under our inactive account policy, an account may be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more.
